Back in 1998, I became very interested in building an RV Park. I grew up in the construction industry and thought I knew everything about building, but I went ahead and purchased your book called "Designing RV Parks for the 21st Century." I read it twice from cover to cover and then ordered the rest of the books you have written at the time. After studying your books very carefully, I used the information to design and construct my first park of 80 units. It helped me so much. I am so happy that I had you as a guiding light to get me started in the right direction. I can't imagine what my parks would be like if I hadn't read your books before starting.
Now, my wife and I have two parks, with a total of 505 sites. We are planning a new expansion at this time. This year, our park received "Website of the Year" by the ARVC Association. We were only able to accomplish that success and the many others we've had at the RV Ranch because we started with your books and used your knowledge.
So, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would encourage anyone thinking about building or expanding an RV Park to purchase your books. It is money so well spent! Thank you for sharing your talents, and God bless you and your lovely wife.

Your book was a good resource for State Parks, because we have not really kept up on what RV owners want and how important they are for our business.

I wanted to send this brief note to you to thank you for your help regarding the operation of our campground and RV park. As I am sure that you recall, when we first hired you my family had been operating our campground for approximately forty years.
Obviously you are not solely responsible for the significant continued improvements in our operation but I think it is safe to say that without your help we would not be where we are today. Before you consulted with us we thought we knew everything about running our operation. We were definitely wrong. Your assessment of our operation and your recommendations have been extremely beneficial. Due in part to your evaluations, recommendations as well as a little hard work and commitment on our part, our revenue and profits have increased dramatically over the past few years.
The longer I have known you the more I have come to respect you. It is quite apparent that you have a great deal of knowledge about our industry and that you are very well respected within this industry. It has been a tremendous pleasure to work with you over the years. |
